Delivery Charges:

• • Inside Dhaka City: A delivery charge of BDT 60 applies to all orders.
  • Outside Dhaka City: A delivery charge of BDT 120 applies to all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• • Inside Dhaka City: Deliveries typically take between 1-3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Deliveries may take between 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 5 PM on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Methods:

• We primarily use Pathao for our deliveries.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
